If you continue to access and use this Product Catalogue (‘the Catalogue’) you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms & conditions of use.

• The Catalogue is a version of LuckinsLive which is owned by Amtech Group Ltd (‘Amtech’), company registration number 5801504, of Bank House, 171 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1EB, UK
• References to ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘yours’ are references to the person(s) accessing and using the Site and, where the Site is accessed in the course of that person’s business, his or her company or employer.
• References to ‘the Suppliers’ refers to the manufacturers, distributors or importers of the products listed on the Site.
• References to ‘the Luckins Data’ refer to the database of product and price data created and owned by the Amtech which can be accessed via the Catalogue.

The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Catalogue may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to these terms & conditions at any time without notice by updating this text. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access to or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

You are wholly responsible for use of the Catalogue by any person using your computer and you must ensure that any such person complies with these Terms. Unauthorised use of the Site or failure to comply with these terms & conditions may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Limitation Of Use
The Catalogue includes downloadable product information provided by the Suppliers including promotional materials, technical specifications, product catalogues, and videos. You may print, copy, download or temporarily store extracts of this information for your personal reference and non-commercial use only.

All other content in the Catalogue including the Luckins Data is shown for your reference only. You may not without our express written permission distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.  No part of the Luckins Data may be copied, stored, republished, redistributed or made available for access either within or outside the customer's organisation and any such action will constitute an actionable breach of Amtech’s Intellectual Property Rights.

Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright in the promotional materials, technical specifications, product catalogues, videos and similar downloadable product information provided by the Suppliers, Suppliers’ logos, trademarks and trade or business names remains the property of the appropriate Supplier.

All other Intellectual Property Rights in the Catalogue, its content, the Luckins Data (including product descriptions, price data, TSI Codes and search indexes) remain the property of Amtech and are expressly reserved. In this context Intellectual Property Rights include, but are not restricted to, Copyright, Database Rights, Design Rights, know-how, confidential information, trademarks, trade or business names and any other similar protected rights.

From time to time we may include trace data in the in the Catalogue. Such trace data is solely for the purpose of demonstrating the origin of the content included in the Catalogue.

Liability & Warranties
Whilst we have taken reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in the Catalogue is accurate and up-to-date neither we nor any third parties can provide any warranty or guarantee either express or implied as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information in the Catalogue or to the availability, suitability or reliability of any of the products listed in the Catalogue.

Your use of the Catalogue and any information or materials therein is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that Amtech shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising as a result of your use of or reliance on the information contained or stored in the Catalogue to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Amtech do not represent or warrant that the Catalogue will be available and meet your requirements, that access will be uninterrupted, that there will be no delays, failures, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted information, that no viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will be transmitted or that no damage will occur to your computer system. You have sole responsibility for adequate protection and back up of data and/or equipment and for undertaking reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses or other destructive properties.

Amtech make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, functionality or performance of any third party software that may be used in connection with the Catalogue.
